After chasing many hotels, I am pleased to announce that Crucible 2009 is officially on October 10th, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Princeton.
We are still gathering speakers, but we have confirmations from some old ones as well as some new ones. More will come in the following months. Please visit http://www.crucibleconvention.com for more information, and check back often for updates!

Damn! I'm gonna be leaving America 2 and a half months before =(
Curses, curses!
I can't wait to get there one day but this year, sadly, won't be it. I hope it all goes well Art, from all accounts they're an absolute blast!

Hey Art, how would you rate the chances that Omnimancy will be hosting/organising Crucible again next year?
I rather want to attend and I'm thinking I might head to America later in the year next year, instead of mid-Summer (heat = thumbs down!).

Crucible is a month out! Register ASAP and perhaps get a room too!

Depends on the level of financial loss this year and my finances next year. But it seems likely that we'll still do it!

Crucible was awesome as usual, I enjoyed both panels and the lectures very much. That hotel was crazy, but pretty nice. Food wasn't bad at all. Obviously, my friend and I are home safe, for those that may have been worried. And for your amusement, I am now home and completely awake, can't sleep.
It was worth it just for the mead! Only got to taste it Friday, but it was good .
Your anguish sustains me.

mead was great great, thanks for pulling me aside for a taste test since I could not stay for the party.
A great Crucible. Arthur, your presentation was fantastic, put some of the other things you have shared about Omni into much clearer focus.
I very much enjoyed the panels as well, which was probably clear from how much I babbled on and on in them without regard to giving others a turn.
