its opposite smallville on wednesday nights at 8 pm. i think channel 7 here in staten island, which i think is CBS. Well anyway its wed at 8 pm, i am sure you can take it from there.

ITs a dam good show, i missed the first two episodes.
its about a set of 40 people on a plane from Aussy who crash over 1000 miles off their original course and so no one will find them. Each week we get a peek into someones life of what got them on that plane, who they were and why they were there in aussy.

Merry from LOTR is on this series

but the current rumors from people who watch it are

1-they all died in the crash and little by little those that disappear or die have accepted their death and are moving on into heaven (or where ever)

2-that the island has prehistoric animals like dinasours on it

and
3- the island has magical powers, cause weird stuff happens on the island

anyway its pretty good. i like it. glad its not on thursday nights :-)

The 'all dead' one has been used in a film aaaages ago, can never remember the title. Plane crashing in the desert I think. Except rather than 'accepting their deaths' and 'moving on', the characters actually vanished when the search and rescue team sucessively removed their bodies from the wreckage, or found their corpses elsewhere; so, when the cadaver was removed, so was the soul. Pretty creepy.

EDIT: here we go!

^ it's pretty rare. And it's based on:
