I have been able to disrupt television signals with an elec. feild, but i would not be able to tell you how to do so.

You would have to be on a 12 point energy level to do so. That much I know. It requires the usage of altering waves with use of zealous manipulation in my opinion. This involves isolating signals and connecting them throughout your influence to create a string of concepts which you then use to move something as you would your own energy body. I don't really know anything exactly specific to that study other than my observations. :/
